This Blog is focused on looking at the real science behind nutrition, health, body composition and fitness. Most specifically eating real foods with a Paleo/Primal focus , Obstacle Course Racing and Functional Movement otherwise known as Crossfit.
I sincerely believe new research and a re-evaluation of old research is showing that low-fat, high carb, sugar and a wheat based diets are responsible for the diabetic, obesity (diabesity) epidemic and countless other health issues.
As I start to knock out the pre-requisites for a DPT(Doctor of Physical Therapy)I hope that I can contribute more then just rehabbing to my patient’s overall health and to my own.
